Samantha Chase!!!! One terrific writer and a romance chaser 🙂 She writes such sweet and delectable love stories, you will be infused with happiness, joy and just a pure “I feel so happy” feeling…..

Check out her new book “ Baby, Be Mine”, coming early June 2014………Image

Utterly yummilicious!!!!!!! And if the cover is not adorable enough, check out what Jake Knight is going through…..irresistible!!!!

Jake Knight came home one night to find trouble on his doorstep. Times two. With infant twins to take care of and no idea of how to do it, he reaches out to the one woman whose heart he broke eight years earlier.

In no mood to play nanny or to do anything remotely kind, Olivia does her best to keep her distance. But with guilt being thrown at her from every angle, she agrees to a temporary arrangement. The only problem? It means living under Jake’s roof for the entire time.

Jake has too much on his plate to even begin to contemplate making things up to Olivia for his past mistakes but the more time he spends with her, the more he wants their arrangement to be permanent. Can he convince her that he’s sincere in his feelings and that he is looking for a woman to love and not just a live-in nanny?

What would it be like to return to your own roots? To a place where you had spent your wonder years, to a town that is home to unanswered questions, to a heart that, hoping it still beats for you?

J.L.Berg’s third book, “Ready For You” in her Ready Series, is a manuscript of two beautiful people and their love story. Garrett and Mia, friends in high school, fall in love dreaming of a life together. But even the best-laid plans go haywire and their path of together splits into two very different directions.

Fate brings them back full circle to the very place their relationship has disappeared and now it is up to them to complete that circle of life. It is time to understand and to be understood. It is time to hear the unspoken words of pain, regret and lasting love between the words of betrayal, misunderstanding and manipulation. Guilt and insecurities are a force to reckon in our lives!

This is by far Jennifer’s best work as she weaves the story between Garrett and Mia. If her first two books, “When You Are Ready” and “Never Been Ready” dealt with circumstances and how her characters trusted to welcome a new life, ‘Ready For You’ is an emotional roller coaster ride as Garrett and Mia try to explore the choices made, dealing with the consequences of those choices, trying to understand the unexplained actions, reconciling with the loss of precious treasures, and Jennifer does not break for a second, for us to catch our breath between the hurt and the tears and the longing and the lust.Image

What’s more beautiful is the foundation of friendship that eases Garrett and Mia back into a familiar relationship, giving them a chance to rekindle the trust and love one more time, and this time forever and for always.  Jennifer’s done a fabulous job of choreographing their emotions through actions. As much as it hurts to look back and be scared of what the future may hold, with your best friend and the love of your life right beside each other, Garrett and Mia find their kingdom with the unconditional help and support of a loving family around them.

Ready Or Not – I want more from this lady who is turning out to be one heck of a great writer and I am tickled with excitement for getting the privilege of writing reviews for her books.

‘Duty Bound’ is the first of the “Protectors Series” co-written by Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams. This is my first read of Noelle Adams and I, of course am familiar with Samantha Chase’s writings – and both partnered, you get a sweet deal of an alpha protector , trying to keep his sanity and yet protect a stubborn as a mule Tinkerbell!Image

Levi, the ever protector and best friend of Gavin (Harper’s brother), and Harper, one stubborn woman looking for answers to her brother’s death are a force to reckon and a sizzling chemistry lesson you don’t want to miss! Harper is ready to shake Washington DC for answers and Levi is ready to put himself in front of Harper to save her life, both battling guilt and pain, fighting their passion for each other, and finally realizing what is more important for them and their future.

Both Chase and Adams have done a great job etching Levi and Harper. Fantastic narration, fiery passion, unconditional loyalty and a racy ride, and a ride bound by duty and love. I loved Samantha’s other books – ‘The Montgomery Brothers Series’, ‘Baby, Am Yours’, ‘The Baby Arrangement’, just to name a few. She’s become one of my favorite writers of recent and thoroughly enjoy her books.

Noelle Adams and I are just getting acquainted and am mighty impressed. I just finished reading her ‘One Night With Her Best Friend’, ‘One Night In The Storm’, ‘One Night With Her Bodyguard’ and have to admit that I was not at all disappointed. In fact have a couple more in queue to be read.Image

With two very good writers joining forces, there can only be very good things coming in the future. I for one am looking forward to their second book “Honor Bound”, in the Protector Series, scheduled tentatively for a mid June release.

Families are made not with blood but with love. This has been my belief and shall remain so. Having said that, being adopted, or coming to know of another family that shares your father or mother, is a hardball to swallow. It creates lot of angst, bitterness, hurt and insecurities that need to be resolved before acceptance and forgiveness can make the truth a bit easy to live.

ImageIan Dare is no exception and neither is his stepbrother Alex Dare. Realizing the existence of a second family, by his father had made Ian a hard nut to crack. But then all it takes is one life-changing incident to bring both the families together, on a truce. And all it takes is for Riley to waltz into Ian’s life on his stepbrother’s arm and he wants her in his arms and in his life.

“Dare To Love” was my first book of Carly Phillips and I fell in love with her and the Dare family! Two stubborn individuals and one fiery ride! Riley and Ian have a tough time reconciling to their insecurities and a past that is unpleasant. It is a heartwarming and sizzling journey of passion and love, realization of priorities and trust, taking a step towards a future that is more important than anything else, and to be able to trust each other with that future.

Her second book in the series, “Dare To Desire” went beyond my expectations. In fact it was more electrifying and mesmerizing. I loved Alex, arrogant with a sweet heart, and totally in love with Madison, Riley’s friend. Their journey was more a fast paced thrill of a ride of football and media frenzy, injuries and career ending decisions, a frenzy of lust and love and of second opportunities and opening doors for the less fortunate. Touching other people’s heart, giving them a reason to live, supporting the fallen with a kind gesture, encouraging to go through windows opened– Carly got me by the heart on this!Image

Carly touches a sensitive subject of abandonment in Dare To Desire, and Madison is right in the middle of it. But it was dealt with empathy and a lot of insight. This part of Madison’s life is one of the most emotional and heart-wrenching realities of her present and she constantly struggles to find a balance. I loved Alex for his attention and support for Madison. It was beautifully penned by Carly and I cried reading the conversation between Madison and her mother.

One of my favorite writers 🙂
