Samantha Chase is quite the romantic writer and her stories are just fun, utterly delicious and supremely lovable to read. Simple stories, filled with love and romance, family and nurturing and a health dose of charisma and dazzle, they fill our hearts with warmth and happiness.

TheWeddingSeason-June2015

Her latest stand-alone novella “The Wedding Season” is just that – another charming story of two wonderful people brought together by matchmaking and meddling family.

Tricia Patterson and Sean Peterson have been best friends since high school and are looking forward to the weddings of their friends and hanging out with each other. But then fate and circumstances bring Ryan Peterson to Tricia instead and sets into motion a beautiful journey of romance and love.

Ryan’s always had a thing for Tricia and now with both of them attending weddings together as a couple ignites the spark between them into fireworks of passion and love. And it is yet to be seen if Tricia can finally have her own wedding or will misunderstandings break them apart?

Fun, witty and utterly charming, “The Wedding Season” is another adorable love story from Samantha Chase, and true to her writing prowess and creativity, is another gem of a read.

The “Fairy Tales Of New York” continue to tame us with their sizzle and charm as Seb Madison gets in the hot seat with Mercedes Hernandez.

TamingTheBeast-FairytalesOfNY3-LucyKing-Jun2015

With emotional demons and guilt plaguing his life, Seb Madison keeps himself aloof from his only family alive, his sister Zelda Madison. Making work as his only salvation, any relationship is far away from his mind and once encounter with the beautiful Mercy is even further buried into his memory, but not forgotten.

For Mercy Hernandez, the crush on the gorgeous beast of a Seb turns into deep love and she gets into his face to question his very existence of a lonely life. The sparks of lust and attraction are stronger than ever and just being together for no strings attached sex sure doesn’t seem to work for them.

Book three in the “Fairy Tales Of New York” written by Lucy King is just as fun and captivating as the other books in the series. She did a super fine job of creating Seb and the calm and patient Mercy, and both make a loving couple as Lucy King weaves a story of love, friendship and forgiveness.

“Taming The Beast” is another sweet ride of a romance.

Who doesn’t love fairy tales? And when those fairy tales are made of devilishly handsome males and sinfully beautiful females, with so many hang-ups and insecurities, it only adds more charm and sizzle as readers relate to their fears in life.

PursuedByTheRogue-FairyTalesOfNY-KellyHunter-Jun2015

And the “Fairy Tales Of New York” are just that and some more. Co-written by four talented and lovable authors, the series is just pure magic and pixie dust as they take us on the journey of four friends through their life.

First in the series, “Pursued By The Rogue”, is just that. Supremely intelligent and hardworking Dawn Turner has made a name for herself in genetic testing and runs her own company. But all the fame and money doesn’t erase the fear of genetics running in her family nor do they help in fading the memories of the sinful Finbar Sullivan.

One night ten years ago changes all and ten years later, one glance changes her future. Fin is a world-class concert pianist and one glance from Dawn is all it takes to start where they left off.

I just loved, loved this story!!!!! It’s beautiful in its love, rich in its friendship and support, deep in emotions as Dawn struggles with the possibility of a genetic disease and Fin solidifies his stand right next to her, and powerful with its chemistry and strength of families.

And Kelly Hunter is dead on with her writing prowess!!

The fourth book in “The Purgatory Series”, Cynthia Eden finally gives us Eric Pate, the devil to reckon. Being the Director of the special FBI Para Unit is no mean task nor is it a bed of roses. Comprising some of the most powerful paranormal with abnormal powers, the Para Unit’s job is to keep the innocent safe and the evil paranormal behind bars in the Purgatory.

Being the Director leaves no room for Eric Pate to neither make mistakes nor lose control of himself. Always on the hunt to contain evil, he would go to any lengths to keep his family safe and his secret buried forever. But then fate brings him face to face with Ella Lancaster, his prisoner, his answer to questions, his downfall and his one and only chance to put closure to a past that haunts him.

DealWithTheDevil-Purgatory4-June 2015

Desperate to break the chains of imprisonment, Ella Lancaster makes a deal with the devil himself to help him in his mission, and at the same time keep her powers a secret. Tortured and starved to harness her powers to keep evil alive, she has a score to settle and a traumatic past to forget. Yet Eric brings out the best in her with a hope for being loved for who she is and protected for life.

As Eric and Ella give into their burning desire, Ella’s past comes striking Eric to the ground and awaking the beast sleeping inside. With powerful magic at play, and Eric in the grips of death, Ella is the only one who is standing between life and death. And will Ella’s gamble of life to save Eric; can she survive to live the future with her mate?

Cynthia Eden needs no introduction and her paranormal stories are just brilliant and fascinating to read. “Deal With The Devil” is a fine art of Eric and Ella. I’ve always admired Eric, his secrets and his control of everything and Cynthia does a stupendous job with his character and his story.

Words can’t do justice to the story and the many questions that rise about humans and paranormal co-existing in the world. Shouldn’t live and let live be the norm of life? At least that’s what Ella hopes for…and so do I.

Zack – Icy Hot Passion

Sawyer Bennett’s “Cold Fury Hockey Series” just keeps getting hot and hotter with each story. As if “Alex” and “Garrett” are not enough to get our hearts racing and adrenaline pumping, “Zack” goes a step beyond with his passion for ice hockey, devotion for his son and his surprising passion for Kate Francis.

Zack-ColdFury-SawyerBennett-Jun2015

Kate Francis comes to the residence of rising hockey start Zack Grantham as his son’s nanny. Independent, kind, lovable and with a giant heart of love, she takes over the residence, his son and his heart with her wit, understanding and patience. Despite her insecure childhood, and a family that is struggling, she retains her positivity, sense of humor and insight of life.

Zack Grantham has no idea what to do with Kate as she fills his home with laughter and love, Supporting and understanding; he falls for her charm and big heart. But insecurities and a guilty past keep him at bay from taking the next step with Kate, Yes they succumb to their attraction and desire with no strings attached, but it reaches a point where Kate has no choice but to leave Zack.

Sawyer Bennett proves once again her prowess as a writer, with her narrative and a brilliant characterization of Zack and Kate. She puts so much love, pain, and emotions into this relationship, you can’t help but feel for them, laugh with them, cry with them, for the unfairness of the situation and insecurities.

Of all the three books so far of the series, “Zack” wins hands down. Can’t wait to read what Sawyer has in store for Ryker.
