Gosh! I can never get tired of reading Laura Griffin and her “Tracers Series” is one of the best romantic suspense and one of my top favorites.

TouchOfRed-Tracers#12-LaurGriffin-Oct2017

Book #12 of the series, “A Touch Of Red” brings CSI Brooke Porter and Homicide Detective Sean Byrne together as they get involved in a grisly murder investigation. As they get deeper into the investigation, the possibility of a young witness to the crime, takes Brooke deeper into the case than required, becoming a target for the killer. With Sean having deeper feelings for Brooke, the case becomes personal as well as deadly as he tries to protect Brooke.

It’s hard writing a review for a thriller without giving away spoilers. It’s always a pleasure to revisit her amazing characters of this series as they keep making appearances in the various stories. And as the Delphi Center and the Wolfe Security co-exit and crossover, it only adds an element of suspense and danger to this series, making it even more irresistible to avoid and get caught up in the danger and evil surrounding these characters.

Laura Griffin is one amazing writer of thrillers as she maintains a tight plot, a balance of the dark with the light, the humor with the grim and the powerful chemistry and vibes between the main characters.

The Billionaire Pierce Brothers sure know how to keep their lives super busy and interesting, and Jennifer Probst adds the needed spice and passion for her readers to fall in love with the Pierce brothers.

AnyTimeAnyPlace-BillionaireBuilders#2-JenniferProbst

Book 2 of the series, “Any Time, Any Place” throws Raven Bella and Dalton Pierce together even as their parents’ past connects them, with severe consequences. Even as Raven tries to fight the attraction she feels for Dalton, her heart says otherwise. But with a past that connects them so closely, a fact that Dalton in unaware of, fate brings Dalton into Raven’s life as circumstances put him right in the middle of Raven’s bar and renovations.

Although I’m partial to the first book, “Everywhere And Every Way”, Dalton and Raven’s story has its own charm as they try to overcome the betrayal of their parents and the insecurities and fears of commitment and relationships. With doses of emotion and passion, with plenty of fears and insecurities of a normal person, “Any Time, Any Place” is another great love story by Jennifer Probst, with family dynamics, witty dialogues and fiery passion that would satisfy any reader.

SafeInHisArms-UnexpectedHeroes-MelodyAnne-Nov2015

I first read Laura Griffin through her Glass Sisters Series about a year ago, and since then have been religiously knocking out her books in the list. The Glass Sisters series was brilliant and I was so fascinated with her narration and writing, I’ve read, re-read and re-read that series countless time!!!

BeyondLimits-TracerSeries-LauraGriffin-Jan2015

Her Tracer Series is no exception to her writing prowess, and enjoyed every single book of it so far. And so it was wonderful to finally get to her latest book in the series, “Beyond Limits” where a Navy SEAL and an FBI agent together as they race against time to save the innocent from terrorists.

I think the first I’ve come across Elizabeth LeBlanc and Derek Vaughn was in “Scorched” (don’t quote me on this ;)), and I hoped that they would get a chance to get to know each other well. Derek comes into some Intel of a terrorist cell on US soil, and Elizabeth gets roped in by her special team, and inevitably they run into each other as they try to unravel the terrorist plot before thousands of innocent people die.

As danger dogs them at every turn, Derek and Elizabeth have some unfinished business with each other, a business that involves the sparks of love and hearts that refuse to listen to logic. As they thwart the terrorist plot with help from Delphi Center, Derek and Elizabeth need to make decision about a future that doesn’t look promising. Derek and Liz do absolute justice to their characters, with their subtle romance, loyalty and courage to their country beyond and above the call of duty or their hearts.

“Beyond Limits” is another breathtaking read of danger and suspense, love and passion, loyalty and trust with a nail biting finish.
